1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or submitting an application for Enterprise Builder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit an application.
2. About Enterprise Builder
Enterprise Builder is a 12-month, 1:1 business coaching program offered by Koehn Ventures. The program is application-only and enrollment is subject to mutual agreement between the applicant and Koehn Ventures.
3. Application & Enrollment
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. All applications are reviewed personally and enrollment is confirmed only upon execution of a separate program agreement and receipt of payment. Koehn Ventures reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Program investment and payment terms are outlined in the individual program agreement. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of 1:1 coaching and the time and resources committed upon enrollment, all payments are non-refundable. In the event Koehn Ventures is unable to deliver the program as agreed, a pro-rated refund will be issued for undelivered services.
6. Results Disclaimer
Results from participation in Enterprise Builder are not guaranteed. Business outcomes depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the client's effort, business conditions, market factors, team, and execution. Testimonials and case studies shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including copy, the Enterprise Builder guide, training materials, frameworks, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Koehn Ventures. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Koehn Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the program in the 30 days preceding any claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
Koehn Ventures reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
